PGCIL GATE 2014 Cut Off for Executive Trainee

PGCIL GATE 2014 Cut off - Check cut off marks for ET recruitment: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) is about to publish cut off list for Executive Trainee in Electrical Discipline. It will use the marks obtained by the candidates in GATE 2014 and applied for this positions for declaring the cut off. 

Scheme for selecting the candidates 

The GATE 2014 exam includes the examination in EE discipline, which will be comprised of 100 marks. Candidates, who will secure the minimum number of marks required for qualifying this exam, are eligible to apply for the offered posts. 

These candidates now required to appear for GD and Personal Interviews. Here the communication skills of the applicants will be examined. 

Required marks in Interviews (Out of 100) 

Applicants, belonging to General category, required to secure at least 40% of the total marks whereas this limit is of 30% for all the reserved categories. Final Appointments On the basis of the performance of the applicants in written examination, GD and interviews, marks will be given as per the following methods:

• Marks obtained in GATE 2014 – 85% 

• Marks secured in GD – 3% 

• Personal Interviews – 12%
