Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has released a notification for the recruitment of “Management Trainees” in Mechanical Engineering & Chemical Engineering through GATE 2014 exam. BPCL will select the candidates according to their performance in the exam.

A. GATE 2014 scores will be kept in mind for declaration the cut off list for GD & interviews.
B. Candidates will be examined through Group discussion and personal interviews.
